Hosting a gothic wedding? Wondering where to find inspiration? Pondering where you can buy quirky decor? Don't worry, we have got you covered on everything from the dress to the desserts.
The first thing you want to consider is what the theme is within your gothic aesthetic. Are you going for 'Till death do us part' or 'RIP her last name'?
Then consider if you're going for Victorian gothic, gothic glam, celestial and witchy, or Halloween and spooky. Of course, it's your wedding; if you want to merge all of them, go for it! It's your big day, after all.
Here's how to plan the rest of your wedding day.
The dress
Arguably, for any woman, the most important aspect of the wedding is the dress. Now, if you're going gothic, you're likely going to want it in black.
From Vera Wang to charity shops, absolutely everywhere offers black dresses these days.
We selected our favourites from Pinterest (above) to give you some motivation.
These days, you can buy wedding supplies from almost anywhere, but we highly recommend Etsy.
The first image is an invitation for your bridesmaid(s), retail value starts at £4 and depends on the size you want.
The second is an invitation for all your guests. You can get a sample card for £2.50, and prices go up to £567 for 200 invites.
The third is a bandana for dogs. Prices range from £6 to £10 depending on your pooch's size.
The fourth is a wedding planner. Retailing for £18.
The fifth is a pair of socks for the groom and the father of the bride. Retails for just £5.
The sixth is a sign welcoming your guests. Prices start at £60 for the smallest size and £120 for the largest.
The seventh is temporary tattoos. Prices start at £6.50 and go up to £110, depending on how many tattoos you want.
Lastly, number eight is a tiara with a skull. Retails for £27.99.
